Tender Description
Ballarat Community Health (BCH) will install solar powered street lighting at the Sebastopol Health Precinct to increase community safety and active public spaces at night.
The addition of lighting to ordinarily poorly lit areas of the building surrounds and car park will create a safe and welcoming precinct after dark, encouraging public use of footpaths and parklands.
