Fabrication of 24 diverless spools and jumpers. All spools utilise SEV’s horizontal diverless connection system. Spools are fabricated using Company issued CRA and CS piping:
* Diameters ranging 2-24”
* Lengths ranging 65-100m
* Weights ranging 50-200mT

Fabrication activities by Subcontractor shall include, but not limited to:
* Subcontractor shall be responsible for receipt, transportation and storage of all Company materials
* Segregated carbon, CRA and duplex material during storage/warehousing;
* Development, qualification and testing of all weld procedures, qualifications of welders and welding operators in accordance with DVN OS-F101 (2013) and ASME B31.8.
* Development, qualification and testing of all procedures for NDT
* Development, qualification and testing of all procedures for Coating and Field Joint Coating(FJC)
* Pre-metrology production welding;
* Post-metrology production welding;
* Coating and marking of the spools as per COMPANY specifications;
* Pre & post metrology dimensional surveys;
* Pre-commissioning
* Assembly of rigging, spreaders, clamps, supports, VIV strakes etc for loadout
* Quayside loadout onto Contractor vessels.

NB: Fabrication of spreader bar, seafastening and other structural works is advertised as a separate package.
