Currently customers are required to print off and sign documentation (wet signature) and return electronic copies to Heartland which prolongs the process for the customer. Heartland Bank is seeking a vendor to partner with who can provide a solution that enables our customers to execute the signing of documentation with either an electronic or digital signature. This will enable us to reduce the time it takes for signed documents to be returned to us and increase our digital capabilities.
