Tender Description
The Norfolk Island Health and Residential Aged Care Service (NIHRACS) is seeking to enter into a panel arrangement via a Deed of Standing Offer with service providers to supply emergency medical evacuation services to Norfolk Island. Tenderers must be able to demonstrate capacity to deliver the Services to Norfolk Island. Norfolk Island is located approximately 1000 km off the eastern coast of Australia.
NIHRACS is seeking to enter into deeds of standing offer from November 2018 to November 2021 with an option for NIHRACS to extend the Services for two further one-year periods, on the terms and conditions set out in the Draft Contract (see Part A4 of this RFT).
NIHRACS is a 24-hour Multi-Purpose facility which delivers a range of acute and residential aged care services, including home care services for people with more complex aged care needs.
NIHRACS maintains an ongoing relationship with the Australian Government, NSW Ministry of Health, and the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District to ensure all Norfolk Island residents have access to safe and appropriate health and residential aged care services from qualified professionals.
