The Catholic Schools Office for the Diocese of Armidale invites fully qualified and experienced organisations to tender for the new and refurbishment building works at St Joseph's Primary School, West Tamworth - NSW.

Work includes:
1. Block A - Refurbishment of Existing 2 Storey Building
2. Block B - Internal Alterations to: Teaching Facilities, Admin and Staff Offices, Toilet Facilities
3. Block C - Demolition of Existing Additions to Hall and Construction of ew GLA's, Library, Toilet Facilities, Verandah and Outdoor Eating Area.

Refurbishment of Existing Hall with Canteen and Storage Areas. The Tender Documentation for the packages are available in electronic form (only) at no cost and are available AFTER REGISTRATION at the email address; tenders@rpma.com.au

After Registration the Respondent will be forwarded an invitation the Google Drive to access Tender Documentation.
