11649 Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from suitably qualified and experienced head contractors for construction works to an educational facility in Northern Sydney.

The construct only contract will comprise of a staged 2 story classroom block, basement level carpark, landscaping and supporting infrastructure / services. The tender will be issued shortly after the close of EOI submissions to a select number of tenders based on suitable experience, the project is required to be completed by early 2020.

EOI submissions will be accepted until 5pm on Tuesday 25 September 2018. EOI's received after the closing time will not be considered.

EOI's shall be submitted as "EOI - 11649 - Construction of educational facility Northern Sydney".
