MoAD is seeking agile coaching and training services to build organisational capacity. The body of work will include 3 components: 1) prior preparatory work to customise the training to meet MoAD’s needs. 2) Delivery of training to approx 20 staff. 3) Ongoing coaching and advisory services as needed.

MoAD is embarking on a digital transformation change program with a dual focus on both back-end system improvements and front-end visitor experiences. This change program must equip MoAD with a robust, scalable and sustainable digital infrastructure base that will serve as the museum’s digital backbone and enrich visitor experiences into the future.

In order to support this work program, MoAD needs to develop internal capability and transform work processes. The agile coaching and training service will be instrumental in building this capacity.

MoAD is seeking to engage a provider of agile coaching and training to build organisational capacity in this skill set. This body of work will involve three components:
1. Work with MoAD to understand the existing project management methodologies and governance processes in place, then develop a hybrid approach, incorporating elements from both agile and existing practice that is tailored to MoAD’s unique museum context and operational environment.
2. Deliver training to MoAD staff in the principles of agile and the hybrid approach developed in 1. Training will be delivered in Canberra for approximately 20 staff and will ideally occur in early to mid November. A second round of training for an additional group of staff may be required at a later date.
3. Provide advisory and coaching services to key MoAD staff managing the digital transformation change program until the end of financial year, on an as-needs basis.
