The CO2 Removal System Skid Supply Requirements
* CO2 Membrane Package Two (2) Skids (Supplier may propose optimum number of skids not more than 4) to optimize space and ease of skid/equipment to assemble at site.
* Each skid size can be of Piping, tubing, Fittings, Valves, Instrumentation, Controls & Safeguarding Instruments,
* Electrical, Skid Structural Steel with bottom deck plate and drain facility (side entry).
* CO2 Membrane Trains (Supplier shall be authorised dealer to supply CO2 membranes along with skid ).
* Membrane inter stage heaters.
* ABS Class certification..
* Complete Engineering of skid and review of upstream and downstream systems for compatibility.
* Process guarantee and warranty.
* Preservation and Packing for transportation.
* Installation of membranes & Commissioning assistance at off-shore. Supplier shall have prior experience (of at least five years) in satisfactory operation of their CO2 removal skids at off-shore FPSO.
