Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Roads and Maritime Services under the National Prequalification Scheme at R2 to Roadworks and F10 to Financial Level or higher. This work consists of construction of pavement reconstruction of the New England Highway at Wyndella Road intersection in Lochinvar including median reconstruction, culvert extension, construction of footpath, cycleway, driveways, kerb and gutter, safety barriers, traffic signals, stormwater drainage, road signage, linemarking, landscaping and traffic management.

A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 11.00am on 16 October 2018 at RMS Upper Hunter District Office, 51 Maison Dieu Rd, Singleton. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

Tenderers should RSVP for the pre-tender meeting by 12 October 2018 by emailing nalini.chand@rms.nsw.gov.au. Please include the following information in the email subject heading – ‘Pre-tender meeting attendance confirmation – HW9 Wyndella Road Intersection Upgrade Project’.
