In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 WA, Section 3.58: Disposing of Property - The Shire of Carnamah hereby advertises the disposal of the "Old Church" Building, located next to 'The Carnamah Hall and Performing Arts Centre' on Macpherson Street, Carnamah WA. As such, tender submissions are invited from parties interested in purchasing this property. Please contact the Shire of Carnamah on (08) 9951 7000 for the property location number and any other information required. Tenders will close on Monday 22 October 2018 at 9:00am.

Tender submissions must state the price the tenderer is offering for the freehold purchase of this property and be marked "Tender 13-18 Old Church Building". Tenders can be emailed to: eso@carnamah.wa.gov.au, or delivered to the Shire Administration Office in Macpherson Street, Carnamah, or via post to Shire of Carnamah, PO Box 80, Carnamah WA 6517.

Tenders will be accepted on the proviso that, The Shire of Carnamah, reserves the right to not accept any tender, and upon awarding a tender, payment must be made to the Shire of Carnamah within seven working days. If payment is not made, The Shire of Carnamah, reserves the right to award the tender to the next highest bidder, if there is another suitable tender submission.
