* Site access intersection and half road upgrade of 2 lane urban road and tie ins, including earthworks, pavement, asphalt surfacing, road furniture and footpaths;

* Associated civil works including stormwater drainage and modification/protection to existing infrastructure.

All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations; CoGC - City Plan V6 - SC6.11 Land development guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings; and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
