Tender Expression of Interest

Tim Penny Architecture + Interiors are seeking expressions of interest from builders who wish to tender for the new Year 5 and 6 Middle School Development at Fahan School, Lower Sandy Bay.

The Builders wishing to lodge an expression of interest should include details of:
* Recent projects over $1.5 Million
* Company profile, including key personnel
* Relevant referees
* Project experience in education facility
* Projects
* Current Commitments

The program of works is to tender in October and commence in November 2018.

Expressions of interest by COB 17 October 2018.
