Tender Description
Repair of large multi-use sports and entertainment facility.
The purpose of this procurement (Expression of Interest) is to identify and engage with suitable main contractors with the necessary experience, capability, and capacity to carry out repairs to a large multi-use sports and entertainment facility, whilst the building remains in full use.
The works include replacement of the aluminium composite panel cladding, and the internal membrane gutters. Other repair and maintenance works have been identified and may be included in the procurement, budget permitting.
