EOI are invited from project Managers with Structural Engineering background wishing to project manage the construction of Building C consisting of a basement car park, multi-purpose facility with classrooms. The building is to be ready for occupation by first term 2020.

The School intends to package the works, in consultation with the selected project manager, into various trade tenders.

EOI’s are to include applicants’ details, management experience, understanding of the project, understanding of risk management, construction management and innovations that will add value
