Expressions of Interest on behalf of Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council are being sought for the acquisition and removal of a transportable building previously used as The Shell Cove General Store.

The General Store available for purchase is approximately 51sqm and has been designed as a transportable structure including a kitchenette, store area, disabled toilet and deck.
