You are invited to submit a tender in response to Request For Tender (RFT) Printing and Print Management Services to St Brigid's College , Lesmurdie (SBCL).

The existing contract for the provision of Printing and Printing Management Services is due to expire in December 2018. As this contract has been running for some time, it has been decided to re-invite tenders for the requirement. SBCL intends to enter into a two year contract with an option to extend the period of the contract by two additional one-year periods at the option of SBCL.
The contract is expected to commence in January 2019.

SBCL is located at a single site in Lesmurdie, Perth. It consists of a number of new, buildings, heritage-listed buildings, and other buildings of various ages. SBCL operates on a 5Ghz AC Wi Fi network and is also Ethernet capable when necessary.
Tenders must be submitted via email by 1.00 pm on 16 November 2018 to the contact list at the end of this document.
The proposed schedule for evaluation and negotiation is:

Conduct briefings and site visits for potential tenderers 29 October to 09 November 2018

Tender closing time 16 November 2018

Completion of tender evaluation and notification to all tenderers if they are the preferred tenderer 17 November to 30 November 2018

Negotiation (completion) 14 December 2018

Signature of Contract 20 December 2018

Installation complete 18 January 2019
