BHP is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors capable of providing complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management services to deliver the required process plant upgrade and surface infrastructure works, acting as a limited agent for BHP.

An overview of the Project works to be managed by the EPCM is generally as follows:
* Additional HV power supply and distribution
* Additional Great Artesian Basin water supply well and distribution infrastructure
* Additional Mill
* Addition of Jameson Cell in concentrator
* Mill thickener upgrades
* Tailings Thickener upgrades
* Concentrate Thickener Replacements
* CCD thickener upgrades
* Lasta #4 installation
* Additional / new uranium centrifuge / calciner
* Slimes Thickener upgrade
* Feed Preparation (Larox and Steam Dryer) upgrades/additions
* Anode Furnace and Casting Wheel addition
* Additional Acid Plant
* New Oxygen Plant
* Expansion of ER copper refinery
* Plant utility upgrades (water treatment, compressed air, LPG, sewerage, waste disposal)
* Airport landside facilities
* Temporary and permanent accommodation
