Alterations & Additions to Existing Building 146 Pound Street, Grafton NSW 2460 Suitably qualified building contractors are invited to submit Registrations of Interest for the construction of alterations and additions to 146 Pound Street Grafton for the proposed Country Universities Centre project.

Building contractors must have demonstrated experience in commercial construction with a value between $500,000 and $1 million. Builders having experience with alterations and additions to existing buildings are preferred.

Builders must be willing to deliver the project utilizing a traditional tendering process using AS4000 – 1997 General Conditions of Contract and be able to commence construction at the start of 2019.
