Cessnock City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the sale or development of Hebburn Estate (Lot 1 in DP 570100) a 18.51 hectare development site in Weston NSW, 2326.

The subject property is an irregular shaped, 18.51 hectare parcel of englobo land zoned R2 Low Density Residential and R3 Medium Density Residential and has an active development consent (8/2005/1259/2) which permits the construction of an 86 lot residential subdivision.

Interested parties are invited to request an information pack (Section 3) which can be obtained after signing a confidentiality agreement.
