The MRA requires the preparation of Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI), Sampling Analysis Quality Plans (SAQP), and Detailed Site Investigations (DSI), in addition to additional soil sampling, groundwater monitoring and relevant contamination and hazardous materials management plans for the lots in line with National Environmental Protection Measures (amended 2013) and the Contaminated Sites Act.

The scope of services is be completed in two separate stages - Stage One being the preparation of the PSIs and SAQPs, and Stage Two being the preparation of the DSIs.

Following the completion - and subject to the deliverables - of Stage One, the Consultant will be required to provide a Fixed Lump Sum for the DSI components, at the absolute discretion of the Principal.
