Building Contractors are invited to tender on a single storey classroom and covered walkway refurbishment. Works are to be completed during Christmas school holiday and by 22 January 2019.

* Building floor area (90m2): Internal fitout of classroom and amenities
* Covered walkway (340m2): Repainting and adding new floor to walkway connecting all school buildings, and new drop off area roof structure.
* Courtyard (50m2): Extension to classroom with roof structure * Tender documents: Available from Tuesday 6 November 2018.
* Tender submission: By 2PM Friday 23 November 2018.

All submissions to be forwarded to Architects.

The lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
