Tenders are requested for the construction of a new classroom building for the Australian Christian College at 34 Cottrill Road, Caboolture.

The new building has 11 state of the art classrooms, amenities and an external covered area. Tenderers are expected to be experienced in the construction of school buildings of this type and scale and should direct their registration of interest firstly via email to brent@bwarchitects.com.au.

Registered tenderers will be forwarded a link containing the tender documentation.

Tenders close at 2.00pm on December 21st, 2018.

A lump sum contract for building works is expected to be signed late Jan/early Feb 2019 for immediate commencement on site.
