The Office of Responsible Gambling is undertaking procurement for the provision of counselling and support services associated with the national Gambling Help Online website.
The procurement will require a provider that will collaborate with the website service and all jurisdictions in the design of a new website, collaborate with all jurisdictions to design a new counselling and support service framework, develop and provide ongoing content for the new website and provide ongoing counselling and support services for the new website.
