Tim Penny Architecture + interiors are seeking expressions of interest from builders who wish to tender for the major capital works at St Michaels Collegiate Senior School Campus.

The three projects are:
1. Major redevelopment for a state of the art Science Technology Engineering Arts and Maths (STEAM) facility.
2. New additions to the Pool and Gymnasium Mezzanine including reroofing the existing Gymnasium.
3. New Administration and Forecourt development.

Builders wishing to lodge an expression of interest should include details of:
