Tenders are called for the suitably qualified, equipped and experienced Landscape Contractors to undertake landscape maintenance works at three Department of Communities subdivision projects managed by Satterley Property Group (Cassia Rise, Cassia North and Cassia Glades), located at Parmelia and Kwinana.

The scope of works includes comprehensive landscape, irrigation and bore maintenance. Landscape includes paving and paths, playgrounds, picnic shelters, park furniture, BBQs and soft landscaping (gardens and turf areas) in Public Open Space, Sales Office and Streetscape areas.
