Primary Care Gold Coast Limited (trading as Gold Coast Primary Health Network [GCPHN]) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from eligible organisations to provide a review and refresh, redevelop and redesign our online web presence.

GCPHN is seeking a provider to review, redevelop and design our HealthyGC website that will achieve the identified outcomes for general practitioners and other healthcare professionals using our site to assist their patients and consumers in getting the right services for their needs. It also needs to provide information about our organisation in an easy to access, user-friendly way for anyone visiting our site.

The review, redevelopment and design of our HealthyGC website, aims to improve the experience of finding the right information, resources and service options in a timely and efficient way and increase treatment matching that is appropriate to the level of need a person requires.

GCPHN requires the provider to:

• Review the current HealthyGC website and suggest ways in which the redevelopment will meet the required outcomes of the project
• Develop the service specification and project that will meet the business need and achieve the outcomes required
• Provide a responsive design solution that is accessible from PC, tablet and mobile
• Develop and implement the review in collaboration with GCPHN and identified stakeholders
• Build and develop the new, agreed upon online presence in a format that can be updated, edited and managed by the GCPHN communications team going forwards
• Provide handover training of rebuilt online site and the supporting CMS platform associated project materials to GCPHN
