Registration of Tenderers Expressions of Interest are invited from builders for the construction of the upper primary precinct buildings at Rivermount College, Yatala.

The buildings consist of single/double storey slabs on ground/suspended slabs, with block/brick walls and light weight construction. The works consists of 3 x classrooms, change rooms and amenities and associated storerooms, undercover and outdoor areas. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2019.

Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar type/size and referees.
