Strathfield Council is seeking to establish a panel of competent and experienced companies whom can supply building and construction plant and equipment on a schedule of rates basis. Council requires, from time to time, such additional plant and equipment to be able to be called upon as required to aid Council's delivery of projects to the local community.

A detailed description of the plant and equipment required and specifications can be found in Council's Request for Tender document.

Successful contractors will form Council's Plant and Equipment Panel for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional one (1) year.

Tenders may be lodged electronically via Tenderlink (preferred method): by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00 pm on 8 February 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.
