Administrator appointed to a company is seeking expressions of interest for a windows and joinery fabrication business specialising in aluminium windows, doors and framing systems. Included with the sale is the following:
* Fully fitted leased production space (subject to lease agreement with landlord)
* Pneumatic notching and punching presses
* Assorted items of plant & equipment including beam saws, compressors, edge banders, post forming machines, forklift and office equipment

Information memorandum will only be provided to genuine parties who pay a refundable bond of $500 and execute a deed of confidentially.

Expressions of interest close at 4:00 pm on Friday, 18 January 2019.
