The Regional information support team is made of of 15 members around Australia covering a vast area geographically, the team is centrally managed by the Regional information support manager in ICT Services office Canberra.

The Regional information support officer will be responsible for providing high quality IT support autonomously for a large geographical area whilst being part of a national virtual team. The Regional IT Support officer will uphold excellent customer service and a team player. Desktop and telephony support, experience managing assets, Consistently and proactively manage incidents for your work area.
