Are invited from builders for the construction of a new Classroom in fill project at St Paul's Lutheran Primary School at Caboolture. The Building consists of a general classroom area and a withdrawal room.

The project includes associated covered areas and links. It is brick veneer construction with a metal sheeted roof. Construction is scheduled to commence in April 2019. Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees. Submissions are to be forwarded in both hardcopy and softcopy formats to the below address and received by Friday 25th January 2019.
