Zauner Construction have been engaged by Shoalhaven City Council under a Construction Management agreement for the Design and Construction of the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre.

Additionally, Shoalhaven City Council require the construction of a platform for a proposed croquet lawn. The platform design will allow for the remediation of asbestos contaminated soil discovered during site works, as well as utilising the stockpile of VENM.

The scope of works generally include the civil, masonry, metal work and landscaping. The completed works will not include the final playing surface, these works will be carried out in the future by others.

It is envisaged construction will commence in February 2018.
