Territoria Civil invites Expressions of Interest from suitable organisations for the operation of Shoal Bay Mulch at the Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility.

We require an organisation to pasteurise, manage, and sell the mulched vegetation at the facility.

This EOI is open to submissions from any suitably qualified organisation. Interested Parties are required to demonstrate their capacity for providing the services required, including a high standard of HSEQ deliverables.
