Tully Sugar Limited invites expressions of interest from harvesting contractors interested in the safe and efficient harvesting and transport of cane from the Company’s farms in the district for the 2019 season. Predicted area for harvet of cane (including seed cane) is 464 ha. The Company is keen to promote inititaitives such as a wider spread of hravesting hours and also a performance based harvesting arrangement with adoption of Harvest Best Practice (HBP) to assist in improving cane quality and industry efficiency.

Expressions of interest in this harvesting contract should be set out such items as —
Hours of harvest each day and proposed roster;
Fuel efficient harvesting and haul out equipment;
Previous harvetsing experience;
Pricing options;
Fuel supply options; and
Other relevant information.
