Building firms are invited to submit EOI for consideration in a selected tender. The works shall include a 3 level new building (GFA: 1,103 sqm) for 8 classrooms; enclosed verandahs; facilities and a ground level open undercroft. Demolition of existing building has been completed by others.

New accessible ramps/stairs to oval; oval storage rooms; covered links; 3 level lift & stairs.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 20.02.19 (closing 20.03.19), with work to commence 29.04.19 for completion by 23.12.19.

Applicants should forward their email submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works. Short-listed tenderers must be prepared to provide sufficient financial data to allow due diligence investigation.
