The Grange is a prestigious self care "over 55's resort" situated in Waitara on Sydney's upper North Shore. There are 176 dwellings and approximately 220 residents in situ.

The Grange is interested in exchanging the use of their commercial kitchen for paid catering services. The Grange invites interested parties to provide a submission to The Grange.

The successful contractor will have exclusive free of charge access to utilise the full commercial kitchen facilities and all its equipment situated in Grange House.
