Bayside Council invites suitably qualified construction companies to submit a tender for the construction of the sporting amenities at AS Tanner Reserve, Chuter Avenue, Monterey. The works include demolition of an existing community hall, separate public amenities building and tree removal.

The construction works include construction of a new community facility that will be used as an indoor archer's hall and community space and associated spaces that service this function as well as the construction of new public amenities to service the park.

A BoQ will be issued in the next few days as an Addendum.

RFT documents are to be obtained by registering online via the E-Tendering Portal.

There is no fee to download the documents.

A pre-tender on site meeting will be held on Wednesday 27 February at 10:00am at AS Tanner Reserve, corner of Chuter Ave/Burlington Street, Monterey.

Deadline: RFT closes at 10am on Tuesday 19 March 2019.
