The Sanctuary Cove Resort is a gated residential community of approximately 1374 homes, covering 474 hectares of land.

The Principal Body Corporate (PBC) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies to undertake the following Scope of Work by way of an Expression of Interest (EOI); PBC Residential Water Meter Replacement Works

Documents are not to exceed 4 A4 pages.

Objectives of the project are: To improve customer billing accuracy levels by replacing 750 residential water meters.

Applicants should forward their submissions and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects, current company structure and capability detail, financial status, associated memberships detail, professional and client references for similar works, an ASIC search report and a complete Dun and Bradstreet report.

Expression of Interest submissions are required by 13th March 2019.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by the 29th March 2019, with the contract to commence 1st May, 2019.
