The Victorian Government, Federal Government, City of Greater Geelong and Royal Geelong Yacht Club are investing to improve the assets and infrastructure to create the Geelong Waterfront Safe Harbour Precinct.
On behalf of the project partners Royal Geelong Yacht Club (RGYC) seeks Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderer's for the design and construction of a new wave attenuator and floating marina.
These Works make up a component of an overall project namely the Geelong Waterfront Safe Harbour Precinct ("GWSHP Project"), which is a major land and water redevelopment. It is centrally located on the highly valued Geelong Waterfront which has a rich maritime history. The aim of the GWSHP Project is to deliver high quality re-development which allows the site to facilitate its educational and recreational marine-based activities and further promotes tourism, public access and broader business activity.
