AECOM (on behalf of Kensington Gardens Lifestyle Estates Pty Ltd) is seeking to identify Aboriginal persons or organisations who wish to be consulted in relation to a proposed new phase of residential development associated with Kensington Gardens Lifestyle Estates in Thurgoona, NSW.

An Aboriginal heritage assessment will be undertaken for the development area and should it be required, an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) prepared.

Community consultation with Aboriginal people is to assist the applicant in preparation of an AHIP (if required) and to assist the Director General of the NSW office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) in their consideration and determination of the application.
