Building firms are invited to submit EOI for consideration in a selected tender. Works shall included:

BLOCK 1 – ADMINISTRATION CENTRE
Extensive refurbishment of approx. 500 sqm plus new 293 sqm .

ASSOCIATED WORKS
Full air-conditioning to block 1 (1,239 sqm) + block 2 ‘Chiara’ (777sqm) + block 16 ‘ Cortona’ (L/0:180sqm + L/1:160 sqm)

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 24.04.19 (closing 22.05.19), with work to commence 24.06.19 for completion by 20.01.20.
