Building firms are invited to submit EOI for consideration in a selected tender for Fourth Stream Upgrade works including:

BLOCK 3-EARLY YEARS CENTRE

2 new classrooms ( 175 sqm ) ;Covered Link ; refurbishment to two separate toilet facilities( 45 sqm ).

Civil works to extend open play area including rock wall/ filling.

LIBRARY BLOCK

Extension / new Learning support & associated offices(190sqm)

ASSOCIATED WORKS

Full air conditioning /block 3 (750 sqm)+ Library block (545sqm)

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 15.05.19 (closing 6.06.19), with work to commence 1.07.19 for completion by 20.12.19.

Applicants should forward their email submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works.
