Tender Description
Support and maintenance for the Digital Heritage Management Plan, a web-based interactive application which integrates with the Museum's Ke EMu collection management database and presents mapped heritage values on visual floorplans. The DHMP also provides a simple workflow submission process for heritage proposals.
Requirements are:
* Technical support, advice and instruction with guaranteed response times
* Installation of security updates
* Minor modifications or enhancements to web application to improve functionality
* Dedicated support manager
* Approximately 100 hours per year.
