The tender is for the Construction of Pacific Palms STP Stage 1 - Emergency Storage Ponds & Associated Works which has a general scope of works includes supply, delivery, construction, installation, testing, commissioning including but not limited to:
* Earthworks, clearing, stripping, cut and fill.
* Reinforced concrete Emergency storage ponds
* All pipes, valves, and fittings associated with the emergency storage ponds
* Extension of existing sewer rising mains to the emergency storage ponds
* Providing onsite office/lunchroom, amenities and power for contractor’s staff, subcontractors and MidCoast Council.
* All pipework, stormwater, overflow and site drainage systems
* Road works, site drainage, manoeuvring & hardstand areas and, footpaths around the site
* Site restoration, stabilisation and Landscaping
* Site security fencing and safety man proof fence around the edge of ponds
* Pipe & Valve Testing
* Works As Executed Survey & production of Works As Executed drawings
* Ancillary works required to provide a fully operational emergency storage facility

The emergency storage ponds (2 of) are approximately 4ML storage each with approximate dimension of 31m x 55.5m x 4.5m deep.

The roadworks include a access road approximately 6m wide x 200m long plus manoevring area.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting is scheduled for 11am Wednesday 1st May 2019 at the construction site. The Site is located on the access road at Pacific Palms Sewer Pump station No.19 between No.s 3478 & 3480 The Lakes Way between Charlotte Bay & Smiths Lake.
