Request for Tender - Landscape Maintenance Contract Services

LWP Property Group (LWP) is the developer of Ellenbrook, Gold winner – Master Plan in 2015 FIABCI World Prix d’ Excellence Awards. Ellenbrook is one of Australia’s largest land development projects and will ultimately consist of over 11,000 lots and 34,000 residents.

LWP is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake landscape maintenance service at Ellenbrook. The scope of works will include (but is not limited to) the following:
* All turf maintenance and associated task;
* All garden maintenance, including endemic native species and grass tree transplants;
* Irrigation servicing including reporting, bore monitoring and all required repair work; and
* A variety of works as requested by the Landscape Manager.

The contract will be awarded for minimum of two years.
