Argyle Community Housing is seeking expressions of interest from professional cleaners for the provision of cleaning services at our Common Ground residential facility located at Gungahlin. This is a twelve months contract requiring a highly motivated, experienced and reliable individual / team to provide full cleaning services for 10 hours per week, based on 2 x 5 hour shifts. Attendance days and times are for discussion. The successful applicant will need to provide all cleaning consumables, appliances and trained labour. Mandatory requirements include ABN, Police Check, Vulnerable Persons Clearance, Work Method Statements and Public Liability Insurance not less than $10 million.

Include a capability statement outlining your capacity, resources, accreditations, experience, available hours, hourly rates and details of two recent referees.
