The seller will assist the buyer with the redevelopment of the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) website, by obtaining stakeholder feedback on website usage and needs, and identifying potential changes for improvement, including an assessment of content against DTA requirements.

Working arrangements Seller is to arrange, host and undertake user workshops in at least two of Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra or Adelaide with at least one buyer representative present at each workshop. Workshops are to investigate current usage of, and needs for, the OGTR website as well as areas for improvement. Seller is to undertake a web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) testing to assess the accessibility of the website and it's alignment with the whole of government requirements. Seller is to assess existing web pages (excluding linked documents) for compliance with the Australian government digital service standard, content guide. Seller is to report findings back to buyer with recommendations for redesign and improvement.
