MoAD is embarking on a digital transformation change program with a dual focus on both back-end system improvements and front-end visitor experiences. This change program must equip MoAD with a robust, scalable and sustainable digital infrastructure base that will serve as the museum’s digital backbone and enrich visitor experiences into the future. A component of the digital infrastructure program is implementation of a CRM. MoAD is seeking an implementation partner to assist with an initial discovery phase with an option to continue with implementation of Salesforce.
