Tender Description
Lendlease has been appointed Managing Contractor (Delivery Phase) for the above project. We are seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified trade subcontractors wishing to tender for the below trade packages, which are due to commence in between August 2019 and 2020.
* Concrete wharf structural rectification;
* Cathodic Protection to concrete wharf structures;
* Piling in a marine environment;
* Land sheet piling and bored piers;
* Large scale naval fuel services reticulation system; and
* Hydraulic service
The project duration is over 4 years with the works stages and the program of works may not be continuous. Trade subcontractors should have experience in major project; with the value of all the above trade packages estimated to be over $7.5m.
If interested, trade subcontractors are requested to apply for an expression of interest (EOI) document by sending an email to gardenisland@lendlease.com by no later than 30 April 2019. In this email, please state which trade package(s) your company wishes to register for.
By submitting an EOI for this project you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016.
