The ACMI Renewal Building Works Demolition tender comprises demolition of existing building structure, services and finishes to enable the delivery of a newly designed ACMI to be undertaken by a separate contractor.

The proposed demolition works to the Flinders Street (Ground level) of ACMI generally comprise:
* Strip -out of existing exhibition walls, flooring, ceilings, showcases and exhibition fit-out material
* Strip-out of amenities

The proposed demolition works to the Federation Square (Level 1) of ACMI comprise:
* Strip-out of existing exhibition walls, flooring, ceilings, showcases and exhibition fit-out material.
* Demolition works to the existing stair servicing Level 2 (ACMI Cinemas)
* Strip-out of amenities
* Strip-out of existing cafe.
